The Fraser Valley Classic Car Show is held each spring in Chilliwack and benefits the Chilliwack General Hospital. This show is free to attend and typically takes place on the campus of the University of the Fraser Valley on Caen Avenue and Sicily Street. In Mission, Old Car Sunday in the Park is another great show, attracting hundreds of vintage cars. Vancouver Classic & Custom Car Show

If you love cars, you may want to spend a day at the Vancouver Classic & Custom Car Show. This show is organized by 360 Fabrication, a company in Abbotsford. Its mission is to bring car owners and enthusiasts together in one place to enjoy and appreciate custom and classic cars. This two-day event features more than 500 vehicles from around the world.

One of the most unusual cars at the show is a 1930 Ford roadster, lowered over the frame by a Vancouver service station owner 70 years ago. It's powered by a DeSoto hemi engine. It's a perfect example of the Mod Rod movement, which dominated the show car circuit for years.

Vancouver Easter Vintage Car Rally

The Vancouver Easter Vintage Car Rally is one of the most popular events during BC summer car shows. The event is hosted by the Vancouver Chapter of the Vintage Car Club of Canada. It features a 100-foot racetrack and radio-controlled car racing. This event is free to attend, and children 12 and under are admitted free with an adult. Peter Trant, a Vancouver-based collector, will be celebrating Easter Sunday by driving his collector car on the track.

The Vancouver Easter Vintage Car Rally is a fun and exciting event for car enthusiasts. This event is a Vancouver tradition that began in 1959 with the first Vancouver Easter parade. This annual event is held every Easter and includes dozens of classic cars. The event is an annual gathering of the Vancouver Chapter of the Vintage Car Club of Canada, and is definitely worth a visit.

Vancouver Island Motor Show

If you're visiting Vancouver Island, there are some motoring events worth checking out. The Ultimate Car Show takes place outside the Hard Rock Casino in Coquitlam and features a few hundred vehicles. Unfortunately, it was cancelled in 2018 due to a casino strike. You can also check out the Hyack Festival Show & Shine, which has been going for over 15 years. It used to take place on the street in New Westminster, but has since moved to the Justice Institute parking lot.

The Vancouver Island Motor Gathering takes place each May and features a wide range of classic cars and motorcycles. The event is free and open to the public. The Vancouver Island Motorsport Circuit is the place to see these classic cars, motorcycles, 2 post car lifts or 4 post car lifts  and more. The show is well-known for its unique selection of vehicles.

Fraser Valley Classic Car Show

The Fraser Valley Classic Car Show is a local charity event that is held on the third weekend in June. The show, which is open to the public, benefits the Chilliwack General Hospital. The show has raised money for the hospital for years, and it continues to do so during the pandemic. Those who donate money to the cause can receive a tax receipt.

The event takes place at the University of the Fraser Valley's Chilliwack campus, near Caen Avenue and Sicily Road. It is just north of Vedder Park and a few blocks from the Justice Institute of BC. The location is at 5470 Dieppe Street.

If you are into classic cars, the Vancouver Island All British Field Meet is a worthwhile event worth checking out. The Victoria area is host to thousands of migratory birds who stop here semi-annually.
